The first thing I noticed about the camper was the roof. There were cracks everywhere big and small. The previous owner said he had the roof repaired a few years ago for $1000. Didn't last too long. The ABF roofs are what put Fleetwood Coleman out of business.
You can see some of the original roof under the bed liner paint they used to cover it up. The ABS plastic is peeling away from the top. Looks like I'm going to have to rip it off and start from scratch.
I hooked up the gas and tested the inside stove and refrigerator. With the help of my friend Greg, we were able to ignite the fridge and it works.
I found a 30amp plug adapter in the camper and used it to power up the
onboard inverter. The lights worked but the a/c wouldn't come on. I reset
the 20amp breaker on the inverter and the a/c came to life.
I noticed when I cranked up the top the whole backend would shake. I pulled off the camper's butt and found the problem.
